dpr-barcelona is an architectural research practice based in Barcelona founded by Ethel Baraona Pohl and César Reyes Nájera, dealing with three main lines: publishing, criticism and curating. Their work explore how architecture as discipline reacts in the intersection with politics, technology, economy and social issues. Their publications, both digital and printed, transcend the boundaries of conventional publications, approaching to those which are probably the titles of architecture in the future. Associate Curator for “Adhocracy”, first commissioned for the Istanbul Design Biennial in 2012 and exhibited at The New Museum, NYC [May 2013] and Lime Wharf, London [Summer 2013]. Curators of the third Think Space programme with the theme ‘Money’.

Pelin Tan is a sociologist and art historian. She concluded her PhD on socially engaged art in urban space and her post-doc on methodology of artistic research at MIT. Tan researched artist run spaces and urban justice in Europe (2004), Asia and Japan (2012, 2015). With Anton Vidokle, she is the co-director of sci-fi film episodes 2084 about the future of art. She is a member of video collectives Artıkişler/videoccupy and bak.ma an open digital media archive of political movements in Turkey. Tan is an associate professor at the Architecture Faculty, Mardin Artuklu University, Turkey. Her forthcoming publication is ARAZİ (Sternberg Press, Berlin, 2015).

Panos Dragonas is an architect and associate professor at the University of Patras, Greece. In 2001, he established dragonas christopoulou architects in collaboration with Varvara Christopoulou. He has published extensively on Greek architecture and contemporary urban issues in local architectural magazines and international reviews, and in 2012 he was joint commissioner / curator of “Made in Athens”, the Greek participation at the 13th Biennale di Venezia. He has curated the exhibitions “Rethink Athens” (2013), “14F/21GR. Young Architects from France and Greece” (2012) and the “2nd Biennale of Young Greek Architects” (1998). He is also the co-curator of the “Rethink Athens - Urban Challenges” cycle of events at the Onassis Cultural Centre.
